Currency and authorization
Store prices and checkout totals are shown in CAD unless checkout clearly displays another supported presentation. Payment is authorized before an order is accepted for processing.
Payment review
A payment may be declined, held, or reviewed by the payment provider or card issuer. Please verify billing information and contact the issuer when necessary. We do not ask customers to email a complete card number, security code, or password.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed or initiated to the original payment method within 10 days. Bank posting time is separate. See our Refund Policy or use Contact Us for help.
