30-day request window
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Eligible new and unused items may be returned for a change of mind or an incorrect selection. We also assist with damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrectly shipped, or materially misdescribed items.
Approval and return shipping
Contact wudihapayu36@gmail.com before mailing an item. We will review the request and provide the correct return address; the General business address is not automatically the return warehouse. A free prepaid return label is included in the package. If it is missing or lost, contact us for help. No restocking fee is charged.
Exchanges and refunds
Eligible exchanges are accepted subject to review and stock availability. After a refund is approved, we will process or initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it. Statutory consumer rights remain available.
